Availability, Delivery and Support

Availability: We generally carry some stock of the popular models and most of the accessories at our warehouse, larger orders will need to be ordered from the US and this is generally 2 to 3 weeks from order to delivery.

Delivery: Most orders are dispatched via an overnight service to all parts of Australia at no cost to you. For larger and bulky items we may use an offpeak service, again at our expense. Any special delivery instructions are possible although any additional costs may be passed on.

Support: Roaming Technologies will assist with the support of the unit, the Trimble products come with a 12 month Warranty, Roaming Technologies will manage that warranty process and make sure that the device is working as required.
