Key Features
-
Always-On Connectivity.
The Mini Pocket Booster allows for "in-motion" use and protects the connection during engine start-stop cycles by maintaining a constant 48V.
-
Rugged Asset Protection.
Engineered for the Australian outback. The Tough Mount protects the Starlink Mini from impact damage, dust, and harsh weather, significantly extending the lifespan of the unit.
-
Seamless Integration.
The low-profile design bolts directly onto standard roof racks or canopies, minimising wind drag and height clearance issues (critical for underground mining or parking garages).
Kit Components
This kit is built for durability and reliability in Australian conditions.
- The Mount: Tough Mount (Powder Coat Black)
The kit centers around the Tough Mount, finished in a professional Powder Coat Black for a stealth, low-profile appearance suitable for any fleet vehicle. Engineered for the Australian outback, it features a UV-stabilised 6mm acrylic cover encased in a marine-grade HDPE chassis with stainless steel fixings. It also includes a Quick Release Base Plate, enabling rapid, tool-free removal of the mount and dish for security or maintenance.
- The Power: Mini Pocket Booster
Powering the system is the Mini Pocket Booster, a dedicated industrial-grade DC-DC converter designed for reliability. This unit accepts auto-sensing 12V or 24V input and boosts it to a clean, regulated 48V output. This is critical for fleet operations, as it eliminates connection dropouts caused by voltage sag from long cable runs or engine cranking, ensuring the Starlink Mini always receives the stable power it requires for peak performance.
- Package Options
We offer this kit in two configurations to suit your equipment:
- Vehicle Kit + Starlink Mini Dish: The full kit includes the Starlink Mini Dish, pre-packaged for immediate deployment.
- Vehicle Kit Only: Designed for fleets that already own the Starlink Mini and simply require the mount and power system for vehicle integration.
