Availability, Delivery and Support
Availability: We generally carry some stock of all the handheld models and most of the accessories at our warehouse, larger orders will need to be ordered direct from our distributor, but this is generally only a few days at most.
Delivery: All deliveries within Australia will be on an overnight service with TOLL at no additional expense to yourself.
Support: Roaming Technologies will assist with the support of all handheld products, the handheld products come with a 1 Year Warranty, Roaming Technologies will manage that warranty or repair process and make sure that the device is working as required.
