Rugged Tablet
The XPAD L10 tablet is MIL-STD-810G. The unit can survive drop tests of a six foot drop onto plywood over concrete and a four foot drop onto concrete. Durable corner bumpers help protect the unit and the 10.1 inch 2K resolution display is protected by Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3.
For hazardous environments, the Zebra XPAD is rated C1D2 (Class 1 Division 2). The unit is dust proof and waterproof to 1.8 metres with an ingress rating of IP65. Suitable for operating in freezing cold (-20°C) and extreme heat (60°C) temperatures. Constant vibration, high humidity, oil, and grease won’t adversely impact the tablet.
Powerful Technology
The operating system is Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. Choose between an 8thGeneration Intel® Core™ Series Processor or an Intel® Pentium Processor. Both offer 600% faster download data and 300% faster upload data if you take up the advanced 4G LTE card. The tablets can be custom configured for many enterprise computing requirements. A barcode reader can be built into the handle. With an extended life, hot swappable battery the unit can be passed between workers for 24 hours of uninterrupted productivity.
Using NFC and 4G LTE wireless technology, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 4.2, the unit will have a strong signal in both dense and remote locations worldwide.
The optional Pass-through antenna has five ports for MIMO, WWAN, MIMO WLAN and GPS to improve vehicle throughput. Optional HDMI, Smart Card Reader or UHF RFID Reader available.
The camera capability of the XPAD includes a 13 MP rear camera and 2 MP front camera.
Display Capabilities
In addition to its rugged attributes, the XPAD has a capacitive ten point touch screen meaning it can distinguish all ten fingers of a user. The XPAD display is suitable for gloves or fingers, both wet and dry.
The contrast ratio is 800:1 with a wide viewing angle of 89°. An anti-glare screen protector is user replaceable. The graphics card is either an Intel® UHD Graphics 505 (N4200CPU) or Intel® UHD Graphics 620 (Core™ i5 & i7 CPUs). Night vision mode is also available.
Unit Security
The XPAD is secured with removable SSDs, TPM 2.0, Smart Card / CAC options, and an integrated fingerprint reader. A Kensington Lock protects the tablet from theft.
