The Panasonic Toughpad FZ-G1 is chosen by most fleets where there is a requirement to vehicle mount a Windows 10 tablet. Due to its size and weight, the 10" Toughpad can easily be dash mounted to almost all light vehicles to provide an ADR compliant and importantly a safe-ergonomic solution. Importantly the driver is still able to access the radio and air-conditioning controls as the dock and tablet are fixed to a rotating knuckle so that the installation can be swiveled to the side.
Combined with a Panasonic certified vehicle dock that has been engineered by Havis, Precision Mounts or Gamber & Johnson you can be satisfied that your installation will meet your responsibilities as set out by the Australian Design Rules, Roads Traffic Act and your OH&S guidelines.
The docking station powers the tablet and can be specified with external antenna passthroughs to increase the signal gain of your 4G/LTE modem, GPS or WLAN.
