The Getac V110 has the integrated Intel® UHD Graphics, making this laptop a viable option for people like engineers, surveyors or data collectors who require real-time 3D graphics, video, or post processing in the field. You won’t have to worry about slow response times or frame rates ever again when working in the field.
As is the case with most people who use rugged tablets, being able to easily see your screen in harsh weather is an absolute must. The Getac V110 uses powerful LumiBond 2.0 technology which delivers sharp visuals wherever you find yourself working. Not only does the device shine bright (800 Nits) when exposed to the sun, it also has four advanced touch modes - touch/rain, glove or pen mode. The V110 has an additional stylus pen making it easier to sign off on important digital documents, make notes or other general computer use where greater precision is needed.
Full-Size Keyboard
Some people struggle to type on laptop keyboards. If you don’t like cramped keyboards, the Getac V110 could be a good choice - it’s one of the few rugged notebooks with a full-sized keyboard, helping you work more efficiently out in the field. The keyboard has a red backlight so you can type just as easily at night or in poorly lit workspaces.
When working in the field, particularly as an engineer, it’s imperative to be able to send documents and other work materials to other locations or offices for approval or changes in plans or designs. The Getac V110 is equipped with a 3D antenna that allows for exceptional internet speeds. The notebook also uses Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 (802.11ax), which is the fastest Wi-Fi of any rugged device we currently offer.

The Getac V110 uses the latest in advanced security software to ensure important projects are never compromised. The transferring of sensitive data will remain secure thanks to advanced NFC/RFID reader technology that is built into the device. The Trusted Platform Module 2.0 will inspect your rugged notebook for any tampering or suspicious activity every time the computer is started up. If you want to make sure no one can access the device except you, the device has a fingerprint scanner and uses Windows 10 multi-factor identification to ensure your privacy is protected.
MIL-STD Certification
It wouldn’t be a Getac rugged notebook without MIL-STD-810G certification. The V110 was also third-party tested to meet MIL-STD-461G, MIL-STD-810H and IP65 standards. This means the notebook can withstand sudden drops, shocks, vibrations and can continue to work in heavy rain, dust, humidity, and other extreme conditions.
To gain these certifications, rugged devices are put through a series of rigorous tests including being dropped from a height of 4 feet, more than 20 times. This device is about as tough as it gets thanks to strong magnesium alloy materials used on the four primary casings.
